Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Baltimore is a spacious urban retreat on the city’s famed waterfront in the desirable and historic Harbor East neighborhood. It is Baltimore’s most elite residential address, reflecting the city’s northern flair and southern hospitality.

Gaga was charged with developing a high awareness advertising print campaign to introduce the yet to be built property and encouraged potential prospects to seek more information.

Knowing that almost any potential buyer had experienced the Four Seasons brand through their elite hotel and resort offerings, we played off that notion to produce elegant and handsome double-page ads in an intelligent and witty fashion.

The ads had to be different than any other real estate advertising campaign seen in the region and Gaga delivered with an offering of smart, clean and distinctive ads.
